Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Items for preorder will ship when production is is completed and the merchandise has been delivered to us from the printers or manufacturers.

T-shirts usually take 3 - 4 weeks to finish production + 3 days to ship to us before being sent out to customers.

Overseas manufacturing such as button ups take 6 - 8 weeks to finish production + 3 - 7 days to ship to us before being sent out to customers.

Non-preorder items generally ship within 3-5 business days.

Please note that all orders will ship completely. This means that if you have a preorder item in your order, it will not ship until production is completed.


Production is done, when will my order ship?

We do our best to ship our preorders as quickly as we can. Generally shipping all orders can take up to 1 - 2 weeks depending on volume. During this time, please check our social media channels for updates.


I ordered the wrong size/color, can I change it?

As long as production has not started, please send us an email and we will make a note of it. Please note, in order to minimize mistakes, we may cancel the incorrect order, refund you fully and ask that you place a new order within the pre-order period.

I'm not getting a response!

if you have sent an email via our contact form and have not heard back within a week, it means that something is wrong and we have not read or possibly received your email. At this point feel free to send a follow up email or DM us on our social channels. We will do our best to prioritize the issue!

Common reasons why you aren't getting a response back are:

  • Your email may have been misspelled on the contact form or order form

  • We are currently inundated with emails or are working to ship preorders

  • Operations are temporarily suspended. Announcements about temporary delays/suspensions in operations will be made in our social channels

  • Our responses may have been filtered to your spam folder

Where is my tracking info?

Once your order has shipped, an automated email will be sent via our website with a tracking link. Please note that this may take slightly longer if you have any pre-ordered items in your order.

This is an automated email so please check your spam folder just in case.

When can I expect a refund?

Once processed, refunds usually are sent back via the same method you used to pay for your order in 24 - 48 hours depending on the payment processor used. Please note that refunds may be delayed by holidays and weekends.
