Terms & Conditions

STANDARD WORKING HOURS:

Mon - Fri from 9am EST to 5pm EST. Any action taken outside of this time frame is voluntary.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:


Unless otherwise stated, please allow 24 to 72 hours for shipment depending on the time and date of your order. Please note that we are real people and do take time to just chill during the holidays but, will do our best to get your stuff out ASAP!


DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, SHIPPING WILL BE LIMITED TO TWICE A WEEK IN ORDER TO LIMIT CHANCES FOR EXPOSURE!

IMPORT TAXES:

Payment for an item and international shipping does NOT include the cost of any local import tariffs imposed by your domestic postal system. Sukeban.NYC does not assume responsibility for any additional fees required to receive the items. If you require documentation that shows proof of payment in addition to your automatically generated receipt, please let us know how best to help you.

RETURNS:

Unwashed/ unworn/ damaged items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  A full refund will be issued within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of goods in the original form of payment.  Damaged goods can be exchanged while stock is available.

To request a return, please contact us at sukebanclothing@gmail.com and include "ITEM RETURN" or "DAMAGED ITEM" in the subject line along with your Order Number.

If the wrong item was ordered, please contact us and we will help make the necessary changes.

Patches and small items will be sent without tracking numbers.  Tracking for patches and other small items can be shipped with tracking at customer's request.

We are not responsible for any items damaged by the carrier but, will gladly assist you in making a claim with them and replacing the damaged goods while supplies are available.



MISSING PACKAGES

Please contact us at contact@sukebannyc.com for any orders that have not been delivered.

Domestic Packages (within the US, Puerto Rico, military bases, etc): In the event that USPS tracking shows the item as delivered but you did not receive it, customers are required to file a claim with USPS before any further action can be taken.



RETURN SHIPPING and RETURN TO SENDER ORDERS:

DOMESTIC (within the US, Puerto Rico, military bases, etc):
Customers are responsible for return shipping for returns and exchanges while we will pay for shipping for the new item for domestic orders only on exchanges.

In the event of damaged goods, we will provide a return label and shipping for the replacement item free of charge on domestic orders only.

INTERNATIONAL:

Please note that we do not have any control over the package once it leaves the United States and we do not have the ability to take action on the package when it arrives in a foreign country. All matters regarding holds and recipient action require that the customer take action on their end.


For international orders returned to sender due to incorrect/ incomplete address due to customer error or customer failing to retrieve package we will provide ONE TIME free re-shipping per order after confirming the correct address.
